As a kidlit writer, I have multiple projects going on at the same time. I made a project tracker to help me monitor each project and know where it was in the writing process. I printed it onto colored paper and use 2-inch sticky notes to keep my projects moving.
I shared a picture of my tracker on Instagram recently. Others were curious and interested, so I thought I'd share the simple chart here as a printable resource for you, too.

This was inspired by another writer's bullet journal. (Was it you? I'm sorry I don't remember who shared it with me.) It didn't work for me in my journal, but I liked the idea and adapted it to use with sticky notes. Maybe you'll be inspired and adapt it in a whole new way.

Since the sticky note project tracker is printed on 8.5x11 paper, I don't have room for all the columns I'd prefer to include. At some point I may add columns for rest, revise (another), and submit to be printed architectural-sized paper. But this has worked for a couple of years.
